After speaking to five different agents and a lot of homework on the local market ourselves to find comparable properties for sale to ensure we made an informed decision, we chose to go with Century 21 Springwood. It was comforting that Gary did his homework before our meeting on comparable property in my area, using industry tools as a guide to our price range compared to other agents I spoke to locally.

One of the other agents I meet with would only give me comparisons on other properties that they have sold. They also seemed more interested in their percentage of the sales in the area than they were about my house. I might add the price range they gave us as a guide was some $25 000 - $50 000 under what you, Century 21 achieved for us.

I must also add that I also really liked the seller login feature on your website so I was able to keep track on what was being done to sell the house and what the feedback was on the viewings.

When my Mum died earlier this year and it fell to me to wind up her estate I was really dreading a complicated and protracted process selling her home, especially as I live several hours away.

However, we were not happy with the price nor their ‘we know everything attitude’.
